Regular inspection of your property and filing of reports

Provision of an out-of-hours help line to your tenant to assist in emergencies or even basic property maintenance issues

Arranging maintenance and minor repairs up to an agreed limit, to avoid troubling the landlord with minor problems

Larger maintenance & repair issues would only be undertaken with the prior consent of the landlord. We can arrange the necessary work by professional contractors, or leave arrangements to the landlord.

At the end of the tenancy we will inspect the property, checking against the original inventory. We will arrange for the repayment of the tenants security deposit after deduction of any charges for loss or damage as agreed between all parties.
