Accommodation will usually be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified by owners. This is to allow time for cleaning.
Please leave accommodation & equipment in the same condition as when you arrive. All damages must be reported and paid for. If something is already damaged on your arrival please report it to the owner as soon as possible.
The owners reserve the right to cancel reservations and return all monies paid should the accommodation become unfit for letting due to circumstances beyond their control.
The stated maximum occupancy must be strictly observed to comply with fire regulations.
Some owners may place restrictions on the type of holiday groups allowed to book, and in most cases the lead hirer must be at least 21 years of age.
The accommodation should state what is included in the price, please check direct with owners regarding specific items to bring with you.
